Vom Flohmarkt in Neukölln hatte ich vor einiger Zeit schon berichtet. Nun war ich wieder am Maybachufer, - dieses Mal allerdings mit einer "Stoffjägerin". Samstags findet dort ein Stoffmarkt statt, aber es gibt auch zu den Zeiten des Wochenmarktes (Dienstag und Freitag) am selben Ort viele Stände mit schönen und preiswerten Stoffen. Das Gewusel ist an Markttagen lebhaft und freundlich. Die Preise haben mich überzeugt, öfter mal einen Abstecher nach Neukölln zu machen... mal sehen, wie das klappt.
In a previous post i've already told you about the fleamarket in the Neukölln district. Now i've been back to Maybachufer - this time with a "fabrics hunter". On Saturdays there's the Stoffmarkt (fabric's market) but also during the times of the weekly (food) market (Tuesday and Friday) you can find a lot of nice fabrics for very reasonable prices. The hustle and bustle of this market is lively and friendly. I hope i can visit more often and take the little trip to Neukölln... we'll see how it works out.
